1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Typestra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Goranson Digital LLC.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, access, or use Typestra.

2. Description of Service

Typestra is a keyboard automation and text expansion tool designed to help users trigger saved snippets and automate repetitive typing workflows.

Typestra does not generate original content, does not claim to bypass or defeat AI-detection systems, and does not provide guarantees about how third parties evaluate typed output.

Typestra functions similarly to other standard text expanders and keyboard macro tools, and you remain solely responsible for how any typed content is used.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Goranson Digital LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Typestra for personal or business use.

Your permitted device count depends on your subscription tier: Solo allows use on one (1) device, Pro allows use on two (2) devices, and Team allows use on five (5) devices.

This license does not transfer ownership of Typestra or any related intellectual property.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from Typestra, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or share Typestra, your account access, or your license key with any unauthorized person.

You agree not to use Typestra for unlawful purposes, to circumvent license validation or authentication systems, or to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or harm.

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license.

5. Subscription and Billing

Typestra is sold as a monthly subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month unless canceled before renewal.

By subscribing, you authorize Goranson Digital LLC to charge your payment method on file for each recurring billing cycle and for any applicable taxes or fees.

We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your subscription and license access.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within seven (7) days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, email support@typestra.com and include the email address used for your order so we can verify and process your request.

Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your payment provider.

Upon refund approval, your license key is immediately deactivated and your subscription is canceled.

No refunds are available after the seven (7)-day refund window.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@typestra.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your license remains active until that paid period expires.

Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments unless otherwise required by law or covered by our refund policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Typestra only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You may not use Typestra to violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malicious, harmful, offensive, or abusive content; or harass, threaten, or harm individuals or groups.

You may not use Typestra to engage in academic fraud or policy violations imposed by an educational institution. Typestra does not generate content, but you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any typed content complies with all applicable rules and standards.

9. Intellectual Property

Typestra, including all software, design elements, branding, trademarks, logos, and related materials, is and remains the intellectual property of Goranson Digital LLC or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in Typestra or any associated intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

10. No Warranty

Typestra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goranson Digital LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Typestra will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. You use Typestra at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goranson Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Typestra.

In no event will our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Typestra exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goranson Digital LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Typestra.

This includes claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the software, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Goranson Digital LLC may suspend or terminate your subscription or license at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized use.

Upon termination, your license key may be deactivated immediately and your right to use Typestra will end.

If termination results from a Terms violation, no refund will be issued.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or by posting a notice on typestra.com.

Your continued use of Typestra after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Typestra shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

You consent to and waive any objections to personal jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goranson Digital LLC regarding Typestra and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the subject matter.
