To request a refund, email support@typestra.com from or with the same email used for your order so we can verify your purchase quickly.

Once approved, your refund will cancel any active subscription associated with the purchase and deactivate the related license key.

Processing details

Refund requests submitted after 7 days from purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
